Issue:

I had to replace my motherboard. I re-registered TNG, but now some data is missing and my user name configuration is missing.

Overview:

It could be that some files damaged when the motherboard was replaced. We would suggest replacing the tngusers.dat and the TNG database.

Solution:

1. To replace and create a new user name file (pin codes), refer to topic:

2. If you have missing ranges of data you can either import these ranges or blank the TNG database and import the period of data you require.

   NOTE: We will suggest re-importing the raw.txt files as it contains the pin codes.
