I moved my TNG, buffer is detected, no call data

I moved my TNG from a 32-BIT Windows PC to a 64-BIT Windows PC. My TNG buffer is detected, I am not receiving call details on the Call List page. When I connect to the buffer with Hyper Terminal I received call details.
