after upgrade Custom rates cost at zero

After upgrading my TNG to TNGLive 1.1.1.11 my custom rates costed at zero.
The custom rates was not included in the upgrade. You would have the same issue if you upgraded to version 1.1.1.11.
Steps for TNGLive 1.1.1.11 on Windows:

Download and unrar:
- Stop the TNG service - refer to topic How do I stop/start the TNG service in Windows?
- Save the 'all_custom.dll' in the folders:
- 'C:\Program Files\datatex\tng\rates'.
- 'C:\Program Files\datatex\tng\rates\customrate '.
- Rename the dll for your custom ratebook to make a backup, for example 'my_rates.dll.old'.
- Navigate to 'C:\Program Files\datatex\tng\rates'.
- Rename the 'all_custom.dll' to your custom ratebook name, in this example 'my_rates.dll'.
- Start the TNG service - refer to topic How do I stop/start the TNG service in Windows?
- You can do a test cost calculation to see if the rates are correct - refer to topic:
