Re-create the exchange file:

STOP the TNG service/deamon.
How do I stop/start the TNG service in Windows?
Go to the folder:
Windows: C:\Program Files\Datatex\tng
Linux: /opt/datatex/tng
Rename ONLY the 'exchange.dat' to for example 'exhange.old'.

There are 3 exchange files:
1. Linux:
  exchange.txt
  exchange.so
  exchange.dat
2. Windows:
  exchange.txt
  exchange.dll
  exchange.dat
  
  tng-exchange_files.jpg
  
  Windows: If you cannot see the file extension right-click on the file and select properties, under Type of File it will show the file extension:
  tng-exchanges_files.jpg
START the TNG Service/deamon.
How do I stop/start the TNG service in Windows?
Login to TNG, allow time for re-create of Exchange file during startup procedure - will take longer as usually.
