How to use TNG Plugin rules to delete incoming calls

Postby John Richard Procter » Wed Jul 31, 2013 10:00 am

    TNG has the facility in plug-in rules to delete all incoming calls.

    If the files does not already exist, create the rules.ini file in the folder:
    C:\Program Files\Datatex\tng\plugins

    Paste in the rule below and save the file.
    If the file already existed, you need to first stop the TNG service to save it.

    This will make that only that only outgoing calls are displayed and recorded:
    Code: Select all
    0=IO|EQUALS|I|<DELETE RECORD>|TRUE

    NOTE: The '0' in the plugin rule is the sequence number of the plugin rules. If you have existing rules, you need to adjust the numbe accordingly.

For TNG to pick up the rule, you need to restart/start the TNG service.

The rule will apply to all calls loaded after the restart.
