I upgraded my TNG 1.0.7.0 to 1.1.1.11, now I have no calls on the call list page.

I can see the call count on the call list page.
I can pull reports for the calls made.
My PC date is correct.
I have a raw.txt file showing the call details in the correct format.

Why is there no call details on the call list page?

    The Call List page will only show the last 50 calls for today and yesterday. This list is maintained in memory. The Reports is pulled from the 'database'.

  • Check in the rawdata that the date received from the PABX is correct. If the date is incorrect, please set the PABX date.

    NOTE: If the PABX date was wrong, then TNG would use this incorrect date. Best option is to blank the TNG dabase and import only the rawdata files with the correct date in it.

  • It could be that you have some date corruption.

    You will need to blank the TNG database and make a test call to see if it then shows on the call list page - refer to forum post - How do I blank the TNG call details?

    You will only have the call details loaded since the test call made. To import the historic data, also refer to forum post - How do I blank the TNG call details? and the section 'If you need historic data you need to re-import the call details (if available):'.
