I updated my Windows and now my buffer is not being detect

I uninstalled the drivers and want to re-install it, but I get the popup message stating Windows needs authentication for drivers to be installed.

Please try the following:

  1. Uninstall the drivers:
    Device Manager -> USB, right-click on the USB buffer entry and Uninstall.
  2. Unplug the USB and re-connect.
  3. Windows will give popup that new hardware has been detected, click on it to install drivers. Don't let Windows install the drivers of select internet option. Use option to select own drivers and browse to where you saved it.

    To find drivers select either 32 or 64 bit drivers in this forum post:
