I updated my Windows and now my buffer is not being detect
Posted: Thu Sep 12, 2013 10:00 amI uninstalled the drivers and want to re-install it, but I get the popup message stating Windows needs authentication for drivers to be installed.

- Uninstall the drivers:
Device Manager -> USB, right-click on the USB buffer entry and Uninstall. - Unplug the USB and re-connect.
- Windows will give popup that new hardware has been detected, click on it to install drivers. Don't let Windows install the drivers of select internet option. Use option to select own drivers and browse to where you saved it.
