How do I setup DID number to cost at zero rate?

How do we configure it to have no cost?
If a call is outgoing, has a duration and the telephone number is in the exchange file it will have a cost.
You can setup a trunk with the DO_NOT_COST ratebook, but then all calls via this trunk/line will have no cost.
The best option is to setup you own custom ratebook and use the Simple Custom Rate option -refer to forum post: TNG - Simple Custom Rate
Setup your service provider as default ratebook and only specify the DID numbers to cost at zero.
