How do I pull a report for a specific telephone number?

Select 'Extension Detail' Report.
Under the 'Date Selection' click on the Date-Time picker and select your date range. Remember to check the from and to time, click on the tick to save. You date-time from and to range will be displayed.
Tick 'Number' and enter the telephone number you want to search.
Click on 'Preview' buttong to display the report for the selected criteria.
