You can get this message after moving TNGLive to another PC and you copied the TNG folder to the new PC. This message is due to inconsistancy with licensing due to a different PC than it was licensed on.

The correct option to move TNG is, to re-install it.
Then re-import the call details for historic data or
copy the data folder, but blank the database file and re-import it.
