Which plugin does the Panasonic NS1000 use?

Postby Belinda Frick » Mon Jun 08, 2015 3:59 pm

The format of the rawdata is the same as the Panasonic TDA.

Which plugin do I use for the Panasonic TDA?

REQUIRED: PABX must be on the same IP range as the PC TNG is installed on.

This PABX however uses a login.
You can configure the login and command under the 'authentication information' option in the 'Communication Mode' section.

Please see screenshot for configuration and adjust according to:
your login and password aswell
as network IP and port of PABX:

Panasonic technician confirmed that the Panasonic TDA plugin also works with the Panasonic NS500.

TROUBLE SHOOTING:

  1. The PABX must be on the same network range as the PC TNG is installed on.

  2. If the PABX port 'locks' up then it will refuse connection to TNG.

tng.log will have socket error 10061 entry - connection refused by PABX.

SOLUTION: Restart PABX - confirm with client and PABX support.
