087 numbers as source number causing TNG to crash

This is because the TELKOM exchange .dll does not know if the 087 in its look-ups.
Instead of 0876541201 use a number in the area 0215924033 to build the exchange.
Once the exchange is built and TNG is running you can select a default rate book.
We are using Neotel in this case.
