To test if your PABX is sending of call details, first use hyperterminal or putty to connect to the IP and port - enter the login and password. You should then get call details. If not, you need to first sort out this issue with the PABX support before continuing.
STEPS:
- Under 'Communication Configuration' select 'Network'.
- Enter the IP and port of the PABX to get SMDR data.
- In the 'Authentication Information' block enter:
on the first line the login, press enter key
on the second line enter the password. - Select PERMANENT for the option 'Write raw data to raw.txt'. This will create a file with all data received from the IP and port and write it to a folder of today's date in the path:
- Code: Select all
C:\Program Files (x86)\Datatex\tng\logs
- Select the plugin for NEC SL1000 as per post:
Re: Tng on a NEC SL1000 - Go to the 'Call List' page.
Make a test phone call. When the call is terminated, you should see the entry.
If not, investigate the raw.txt and tng.log
