Import historic data into TNG 4*

Asterisk master.csv data was configured incorrect.
I need to import the historic data.


The data imported into TNG is incorrect format. The only option is to do a SQL to get the data.

The only option is to first make sure the Asterisk out put is configured as per post:
TNG and Asterisk: Suggested setup

NOTE: If you need pin codes, you must see configuration:
TNG 4*: no result for user reports

You need to dump the historic data, refer to forum post provided by Mitel Dealer:
How to import Asterisk DB data to TNG4*.

NOTE: Don't replace the live master.csv file. By default Master.csv is written to :

To import the file you dumped using SQL:
  1. First blank the database - refer to forum:
    How do I blank the TNG call details?
  2. Log into TNG, General Settings and make a note of the file path.
  3. Now point the FILE READER to the path you dumped the SQL export file to.
  4. Click APPLY to save.
  5. Check on the CALL LIST page if import completed (you can check the record count).
    NOTE: Don't interrupt the import, let it complete. You can check the TNG.log file
