TNG for Asterisk: database damaged

My database is damaged and I need to blank it and re-import the call data.

There are 2 options:

  1. Re-import the same master.csv file TNG previously processed:

    TNG will move the master.csv file to the PROCESSED folder.
    If you have access to the folder 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Datatex\tng\processed',

    NOTE: Before starting the import you will need to blank the damaged database,
    refer to forum post: How do I blank the TNG call details?

  2. Use SQL to extract call details for a date range from the Asterisk database:

    Import historic data into TNG 4*
