TES: Remove a department from a Branch

QUERY:

Can I remove a department from a branch?

SOLUTION:

You can unlink the department from a branch. You will then not see the branch on reports.

• You first have to make sure your mapping is correct.
  Remove mapping to that Department so that new call details does not try to map to it.
  
• Now you can unlink the department from the required branch.

  Login as admin for the company you require.
  Go to 'User Settings' page.
  Select 'Company Settings'.
  
  Configuration is done in the 'Branches' section.
  
  For the branch you want to unlink, click in the block under the Department column. It will now list all the departments with a tick box next to it. Tick the department you want to unlink and click on APPLY.
