I have numbers that are business numbers and should not be billed.
Can I configure these numbers to cost zero?

ANSWER:

Yes, if TES does not receive calls via TNG.
If call data received via TNG then the costing is done in TNG, the you need to setup a simple custom rate book with the prefixes of calls that must cost at zero. Click on this link to see forum post for configuration.

  1. You need access to TES Administrator (ADMIN SETUP).
    Select SPECIAL PREFIX MAINTENANCE.

  2. Configure each phone number that should never have a cost.
NOTE: 'Rate per minute' column where you have to enter the zero rate.

NOTE: Click on APPLY to save settings. No costing will apply for first call loaded for prefix after APPLY clicked.
