reconnect to Asterisk to get the configuration data.
Fixes in TNG 1.0.4.5:
When using a USB to serial converter it would cause TNG to freeze during buffer detection. This has been fixed in this update.
When starting TNG on a Linux server, it would cause the loading of call data to be slow, this has been addressed.
Previously during a purge it would be possible that the purge process would stop calls from being loaded,
this has been fixed in this version.
