I changed my admin/technical password and forgotten it

To reset the TNG password:
- You will have to contact Datatex Support Centre and
- provide the serial number of the TNG software.

Datatex will provide you with a login that will be valid for the same day it was generated only. - Please use the given login to access TNG. Once logged in please change the password.
TNG -> General Settings -> Password Settings
Remember to click on 'Apply Changes' to save the new password.
