TNG/TOPAZ and Alcatel OXE

Connection to the PABX:

To connect via TCP Alcatel has propriety protocol.

The network interface can only accept one network connection.

You must install TNGAlcatelInterface.
Previously you could only use SMDRLink for Windows to receive the SMDR data.
TNG/PABX3 must connect to Selected interface via TCP to receive the SMDR data.

On some PBX models (version 9.0) you may have to set the method=2 to get the data to work.

Here is an example INI file for a site:

Code: Select all
[NETWORK]
Host IP=192.168.15.10
Host Port=2533
Keep Alive=0
[INTERFACE]
Listen Port=2534
Method=2
[OPTIONAL]
lograwdata=1

If the Interface keeps being disconnected, change the Keepalive value.(1 = enabled; 0 = disabled)

The Rawdata will only log for a limited time if it is enabled. The Rawdata file will be found in the log folder for the day. This file will be required if any changes has to be made to the interface and will have to be supplied to Datatex to investigate the changes.

Version 1.0.0.10:
This versioin will also create an export folder with the rawdata that TNG can read. Please ensure that you are using the TNG plugin PAlcatel_OXE_Ethernet_ED5_1, v2009.06.19.02 (or newer)

TNGAlcatelInterface.rar
