How to edit notes in ONYX 2

• Please right click on the Onyx 2 icon located in the bottom right corner of your task bar and select the show function.

• Your user interface will now open.
• Click on the magnifying glass icon in the Onyx 2 interface.

• Once the search page has opened please right click on the recording, which note you want to change.
• Select open

• Click on the text box and type to activate the editing mode once the note has been edited please select the tick which applies the changes.

• To refresh the call search page click on any of the below icons.
