ONYX error: "access violation" 1.0.0.3

ONYX 1.0.0.3 no longer supported, please
contact your dealer for upgrade options!


There is a problem with the index of the recordings and
therefore accessing it to play-back. If you rename the
DATA folder, you will loose the index. Please try the
procedure below to keep your recordings.

Close ONYX.
Make a backup of the ONYX folder:
'C:\Program Files\Datatex\Onyx'.
Upgrade to the latest version of ONYX,
at least version 1.2.0.1.
The upgrade is on the internet: [www.datatex.co.za -> SUPPORT -> LOGON ->onyx]
Open ONYX.
