ONYX records on the mic of the telephone. If you are on a
call and there is a very long pause, ONYX will translate
this as the end of the call and proceed to the wrapup
procedure.
Try the following settings:
Under 'Mix Type'
set it to 'Adaptive'.
Under 'Start Recording on (Trigger)'
set it to 'Ear (other person talking)'.
Suggestion: If you are using a handset - set to mic
If you are using a headset - set to ear
Under 'Save'
the 'Manual START and STOP' must only be ticked, if
you want to decide when you will be recording the conversation.
ALSO SEE: ONYX is recording when I am not using the phone
