I need more space on my PC to store ONYX recordings

Please note: for backup procedure, please see SSL Backing up ONYX recordings

All searching for the ONYX recordings are done via the ListingsFile.lst. This file
contains the file location of each recording. The recordings are also stored in the
DATA folder. A folder is created for all the recordings by week of the year.

The listingsFile.lst is updated with the location of the recording,
when the recording is completed. You can access this recording and its
details via the ONYX search facility.

When backing ONYX up, you need to backup the entire data folder with
the listingfile.lst. The listingfile.lst give you access to the
recordings.

If you do not have enough space you can save some of the folders in
the data folder on a different location. When doing a search in ONYX
it will show you the file location. This will point you to the week
of year folder name that the recording is stored in. You can copy
this folder into the data folder of ONYX for the purpose of listening
to this recording. Thereafter you can remove it again.

Do not attempt to edit the listingfile.lst. This file is the key to access
all your recordings.

To save space when you are backing up the data folder, try the following.

Always backup the 'listingfile.lst'.
Only backup the week of the year folders that was not backed up in the
previous backup.
