Firstly you need to select the recording
you want to e-mail.
If you do not know how to select the
recording -

After you have retrieved the recording
and double-clicked on it, you will
see a new form with two buttons on it:

Email
Click on the "Email" button. A "New E-mail"
page will open as if you are creating a
new message using OUTLOOK EXPRESS.
This page will contain all the details
saved with your recording excluding
the screenshots.
The recording will be sent as an attachment
in a .WAV format. The receiver can simply
double click on this file which will
automatically open up with their media player.
It seems like the e-mail button is
not working?
If you clicked on the e-mail button and
nothing seems to happen take in mind that
it will take at the most 5 seconds to display
the "New E-mail" page. So if you still see
nothing after 5 seconds it might be that
the page is hiding behind one or more of your
applications running in the background. An
easy way to find this out is to:
Right-click on the "Envelope" icon next to the "ONYX
telephone" icon on your toolbar. And then click SHOW.
