These problems are caused by the USB tap.
Firstly check that your USB tap is inserted
properly in both your PC and telephone.
If it is and you are still experiencing
problems, try removing it from your PC
and inserting it again while ONYX is
closed.
If you have done this a couple of times and
your PC still does not pick up your tap, try
rebooting your PC.
ONYX uses the USB tap to do the recording,
not the soundcard of the PC. So if the problem
persists please inform us immediately.
