FIRSTLY SEE SSL:
ONYX not recording. Phone tap colour is RED.
If the problem persists you would probably
question the teletap. There might not be
something wrong with it, especially if it
has worked before / works sometimes.
Try rebooting your PC with the
tap connected to the PC and telephone.
Else I suggest you update your USB drivers.

as this is a Microsoft - Windows issue.
The driver specifications varies due to
different operating systems etc.
