ONYX's unique mixing feature can be set to raise the quality of the recording by boosting the microphone and speaker levels.
Open ONYX and select the settings option.

Linear: Linear mixing is a standard type of mixing that maintains a constant level on which the microphone and speaker can operate.
Adaptive: This mixing type automatically adjusts the speaker and microphone levels, to improve the quality of a call.
Linier + 6DB boost on both: Operates in the same way as Linear mixing and boosts the overall sound by 6 decibels as well.
Linier + 6DB boost on mic: Functions in the same way as Linear mixing, also boosting the microphone levels by 6 decibels.
Linier + 6DB boost on spk: Increases the speaker level by 6 decibels and uses Linear mixing.

If you require mixing, select one of the above according to your needs and save the setting by clicking on 'Save settings'
