The users had 2 screens and ONYX2 would pop up in the middle of the two screens each time.
Even if you moved it to some other part of the screen. Subsequently all the child windows from ONYX 2
would be split across the two screens.

Onyx2 will now display in the center of the main screen.

Subject: Onyx 2 ini filename

Motivation

There is no ONYX.ini. The INI used to configure ONYX2 is USBClient.ini.

The Onyx2 ini filename is now ONYX.ini

Subject: Onyx 2 popup

Motivation

When ONYX is set to pop up and there is an active window open, I.E IExplorer it pops up behind
the IExplorer window, still hidden from view.

Onyx2 will now pop up in front of the active window.

The Onyx2 tray icon does not indicate whether Onyx2 is busy recording.
