If the trigger is set, TRIGGERSET will be '1' and TRIGGER will have a value above zero:

You will need to 'play' with the TRIGGER value to get the correct setting.
To save the ini file with the new TRIGGER value:
- you need to stop the Recording Core service:
START -> CONTROL PANEL -> ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS -> SERVICES,
click on the ONYX Recording Core service and then the stop link (top left hand side). - Edit the TRIGGER value.
- Save the 'ONYXRecordingCore.ini' file.
- Now you can start the service to pick up the new setting:
START -> CONTROL PANEL -> ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS -> SERVICES,
click on the ONYX Recording Core service and then the start link (top left hand side). - Make a test call to see if it triggers correct.
- You will need to repeat the process for each time you change the trigger value
Note: The TRIGGER value will vary for individual phones - there are no set value.
