ONYX pop-up not appearring infront of other running programs

My ONYX pop-up does not appear infront of the other running programs on my Windows 7 operating system. How do I fix this?
Solution:
In Windows 7, you can change the compatibility to Windows XP and that will make the ONYX pop-up appear in front of other running programs.
