All users, Application data, Datatex, ONYX.
For example:- Code: Select all

Show Windows critical folders - Win 7 64-bit:
- Code: Select all
C:\ProgramData\Datatex\Onyx\{Username}
NOTE:
The folders has two different user names. Recordings will be stored under the username logged into Windows. If more than one user logs into the PC, then each will have a folder with recordings. If no user is logged into Windows, ONYX will still record (runs as service). Since it does not have the Windows user name that is logged in, it will use the extension number configured in ONYX as the 'User'. The folder name will start with EXT followed by the extension number.
Under the user name there will be a folder for each day. The recordings made will be in the date folder. These recordings are accessed by using the database for searches (which is the 'listings.lst' file in the user folder).
NOTE: to have access to the attachment, you need to be registered and logged in.
