How to edit notes in ONYX 2
Posted: Mon Jun 04, 2012 4:52 pm- Please right click on the Onyx 2 icon located in the bottom right corner of your task bar and select the show function.
- Your user interface will now open.
- Click on the magnifying glass icon in the Onyx 2 interface.
- Once the search page has opened please right click on the recording, which note you want to change.
- Select open
- Click on the text box and type to activate the editing mode once the note has been edited please select the tick which applies the changes.
- To refresh the call search page click on any of the below icons.
