Changes for Ruby version 2.2

Server

The Ruby Server can now use an INI file to get database location.
Command-line parameters will override INI file settings.
Bug in Max calls in queue fixed
Bug in agent times on summary report fixed.
This problem would only show up if you ran Ruby and the PABX3/TAPI interface
on different PCs. The agent times would be less or more by the difference
in time between the two machines.


Supervisor

Agent summary reports now show hours and minutes instead of just hours.
Agent detail reports now include duration of time logged in, and totals.
Minor bug with temporary tables when printing group data report fixed
