RUBYTAPI & Mitel 3300 ICP user name display option

Mitel TSP has the functionality to add the user name and extension
to auto update user names from the PABX to display on the Mitel phone.

When making use of this Mitel functionality RUBYTAPI needs to cater for it.

Please note:

The MITEL TSP needs to be in automatic mode.
RUBYTAPI needs some way of identifying the extensions.
This can be configured in the MITEL webadmin by adding the
agents extension number in round brackets () next to his name.
Example: Vernon Koekemoer (3692)

RUBYTAPI 1.3.14.2 or newer.
