PABX3 setup for Ruby on LG GDK / Samsung

Go to PABX3 Interface configuration.
Click on the Ruby Call Centre tab.

On the LG GDK, if we had two groups, numbered 1 and 11,
make sure that the table is similar to the following:

On the Samsung, if we had two groups, numbered 1 and 511,
make sure that the table is similar to the following:

where <Ruby Server IP> is the host name or IP address
of the Ruby server, and <Topaz Server IP> is the
host name or IP address of the Topaz server.
