RUBY on an ericsson MD110: Things to remember when installing and configuring

• ODN numbers need to be added as the default extension and physical extensions need
  to be added under the 'Agent Code'.
  
• Group numbers need to be added as the PABX is sending it. GRP1234 is an example of how it can be sent
  else we just use the number and drop the GRP.
  
• The format of the rawdata must be set to the standard MD110 output with the standard plugin.

• ODN and physical extensions must be setup in TOPAZ and USERS allocated to each of them.
  
• ODN numbers must be configured as such in the Ericsson TSP.
