Error: "error opening tables cannot find database"

If this is a WIN98 error make sure INTERBASE is running.

To check this go to
START > PROGRAM FILES > INTERBASE > INTERBASE SERVER MANAGER

If it says STOPPED, click on start to start INTERBASE.
Even if set on Automatic it needs to be restarted manually
on WIN98 for some PCs.
