Shut the Wallboard down and starting it again.
If this does not work go to Configure -> Add
and add the wallboard.
Check that the cable is pluged into the wallboard and PC.
Top Section on Wallboard Interface:

Shows it is receiving data from RUBY.

Show that the configuration is setup correct for the wallboard.
RUBY Server:
On the RUBY Server make sure it is still licensed.
To check the network traffic and possible errors:
On the RUBY SERVER, click on the "SETUP" tab,
at the bottom left hand corner, double click on the receive
data being displayed. Now the network traffic will be displayed
on your screen. If any errors, get the IT department to sort
out the network errors. To see the default setup information,
just double-click again.
To check if database
To send a test message to the wallboard:
RUBY Server -> Process tab -> Enter the message,
click on REPLACE or SEND. If you can send a message, then
it is not sending the correct group data to the wallboard.

Check that TOPAZ is receiving data from the PABX unit.
PABX3/TAPI:

Check that TAPI is receiving data from the PABX unit.
PABX3:
Check that PABX3 is receiving data from the PABX unit.

PABX3 -> VT100:
For the LG, every 10 seconds it will send data for each
group, starting with ~. You might be receiving call data
from your PABX unit, but no ACD DATA.
PABX3: ACD DATA:
If no data is displayed here, then the PABX unit is not sending
the data for the group. The PABX technician must ensure that the
PABX unit is setup accordingly.
