I cannot see my agent status in RUBY Supervisor

Try the following:

a) TOPAZ Setup:


Make sure TOPAZ is open and receiving data
i.e. timer on, network enabled
[SETUP -> Properties -> Network & Front Office]
tick "Ruby Call Centre"
DATA-> EXTENSIONS-> tick "Ruby Extension" for each
extension in the Call Centre


b) Select option for your PABX unit:

LG GDK / Samsung
PABX3 interface

Make sure you are using the correct ACD plugin
Make sure that CLI is enabled on the PABX
PABX3 setup for Ruby on LG GDK / Samsung


Panasonic KXTD
DTP

Go to DTP Config
Make sure that Network Enabled is ticked
Make sure that the Topaz IP and port are correct

RUBY TAPI Setup:

Go to RUBY TAPI Config
On the Ruby tab, tick "Send login info" and "Send Queue info"
On the Topaz tab, make sure that the Topaz IP and port
are correct
Make sure that "Send CLI" is NOT ticked (DTP will send it)



Panasonic TDA
PABX3

Use the PanasonicTDA.dll

RUBY TAPI Setup:

Go to RUBY TAPI Config
On the Ruby tab, tick "Send login info" and "Send Queue info"
On the Topaz tab, make sure that the Topaz IP and port
are correct
Make sure that "Send CLI" is ticked (no DTP to send it)


Other PABXs
RUBY TAPI Setup:

Go to RUBY TAPI Config
On the Ruby tab, tick "Send login info" and "Send Queue info"
On the Topaz tab, make sure that the Topaz IP and port
are correct
Tick "Send CLI"
