Overview:
This program shows the statuses of the agents, how many are logged in to the
call center and the number of calls in the queue.
Hardware Required:
1.Wallboard and serial cable:
2 line Electronic Displays wallboards or
2 line Polycomp wallboards
Software required:
Wallboard install software available on CD
Updates are available on www.datatex.co.za\support\login\Ruby
Setup:
Download and install the wallboard software from the members area.
Run "PCWBInter" in "C:\Program Files\Datatex\Ruby2\Wallboard"
Right click on the system tray icon and configure.
Enter your ruby server's IP adress in the center host and the port number(default 20000)
Click on Add wallboards and select your wallboard under "General".
Under "Serial" select braud rate 9600, data bits 8, stop bits 1 and no software flow control.
Under "Data" enter "[00][02][00][03][00]" as the header and
"[20][20][20][20][20][20][20][20][20][20][20][20][20][20][20][20][04]" as the footer.
Also check "Total calls", "Calls in queue", "Longest queue time" and "Busy agents".
Enter the same header and footer under the "messages" tab.
In the main screen, under groups, enter a ID and Group name(that you would get from the
ruby server).
