New RUBY Server, Supervisor, and Configuration version 2.3.10.0 changes and features

SERVER
Fixed the problem where the Agent Summary report had different
login durations to the Agent Detail report.

This was because Ruby loses seconds for the time logged in when
it converts the data to minutes and then later to seconds,
instead of converting it directly to seconds. The time difference
would increase by up to 60 seconds each time the agent logs in.



SUPERVISOR
Changed "Hours in ACD" on Agent Summary report to "Time in ACD".
Changed hour format hh:mm on Agent Summary report to hh:mm:ss.



CONFIGURATION
Ruby 2.3 licensing has been changed to expire on the last day of
the month following the installation date. The installation date
remains as is.

e.g.

Installation Date 1 Feb 2006 - Expire on 31 March 2006
Installation Date 28 Feb 2006 - Expire on 31 March 2006
Installation Date 1 March 2006 - Expire on 30 April 2006
