RUBY opening error: ...opening table. Application closing down. Transaction is not active.

1. Make sure the RUBY data path in the ini is pointing to the correct
   location. It must use the network path, not local.
   
   ruby.ini:
   
   [RUBY]
   Database=gem:/drive2/Interbase/Ruby/ruby.gdb
   
2. Make sure you are using latest version of the software, at least
   'rby-server-update-2_3_10_1.exe' and 'rby-supervisor-update-2_3_10_0.exe'.
   
   If you get a 'inconsistancy' error when opening RUBY it means that the
   database is damaged. Please do a backup and restore.
