When I add an agent to the RUBY configuration I get an error:

violation of PRIMARY or UNIQUE KEY constraint "INTEG_+46" on table "AGENTMASTER"

Suggestions:

1. Check that your agent name and/or extension is unique.
2. Check that only one instance of the 'config.exe' is running on the RUBY server
3. The database could be damaged. You will need to do a backup and restore of the database.
   NOTE: Please contact Datatex for a call out.
4. Check that link between Agent and Extension & IPs tab is showing the information.
