I cannot see the group data in Ruby

Make sure that your Ruby has not expired. You can see it at the
bottom-right corner of the screen, on the status bar. It will
display Evaluation, Expired or Licensed. If your Ruby has expired,
you need to license it.


Make sure that the dates on both the PC and PABX are correct. The grid
will only show information for today.


Check that the number next to the date and time in the rawdata screen
(right-hand top corner in ruby) matches the group numbers configured
in Ruby. It will look similar to the following:
17-04-2003|12:05:56|2|
^--- group number
^^^^^^^^----- time
^^^^^^^^^^-------------- date
You need to configure Ruby with all the groups appearing in the rawdata.


With the LG PABX the number coming from the PABX must be used as group
number. Please note that this is not 620, 621, etc. The LG uses the
following system: 620 = 1, 621 = 2, 630 = 11


Check the log for errors. Your database may be damaged.
