Overview:
To see the call data for the group:
The PABX Unit needs to give off the call data
PABX3 needs to receive it
TOPAZ must receive it from PABX3
RUBY must receive it and allocate it to the group.
Therefore the group needs to be configured correctly
and the supervisor must be configured to see the group.
The PABX unit:
In PABX3 -> Tools -> VT100, the group number should be
for example, ~1=. If not the PABX unit needs to be configured.
We need to receive the group data for RUBY.

RUBY Server:
In RUBY Server -> Config -> Group:
Make sure that the group is added.
In RUBY Server -> Config -> Extension & IP:
Make sure that the extension is added and configured.
In RUBY Server -> Config -> Agents:
Make sure that the agent is configured with its extension and group.
