RUBYTapi integration with the Samsung 7400

Installing RUBYtapi for use with the samsung 7400 PABX.

Required

0. PBX(MCP) should be on version 4.1.1
1. Samsung Open TSP version 3.3
2. RUBYtapi 2.3.13.0 or newer.
3. Samsung recommend a Duel core processor Intel, 2-4gig memory and 200gig hd

Instructions for installing the Samsung Open TSP

To install the Open TSP, run the executable file and click 'Next' on all prompts until it's installed.
Enter the IP address of the PABX and the port it connects to (6000 or 5200) if prompted.
If you are not prompted for the IP and port,proceed to:
'START -> PROGRAMS -> OfficeSERV Open TSP Driver -> Open TSP Config tool and configure the IP and Port there.

Instructions for RUBYtapi

On the RUBYtapi configuration, the PABX must be set as the Samsung Officeserv 7200/7400.
"Send Login info" must be ticked and:Send Queue info" must NOT be ticked. This will cause duplication of the information
sent from PABX3.



PLEASE NOTE: TOPAZ is no longer used to send call data to RUBY. Please untick RUBY call center in TOPAZ
(Setup -> properties -> Network/Frontoffice.
