Agents status does not correspond with ACD status

The black / red / green status indicates OUT, UNAVAILABLE, or
IN, and the description under Agent Status describes the telephone
status (Busy or Idle).

It was a mistake to put the word "OUT" under the Agent Status column in RUBY.
This mistake was introduced in 2.3.10.1 and the below version has the
original behaviour.


To rectify this minor display issue, please upgrade to version 2.3.12.5 of RUBY server.
