To make the move run smoothly, please check that the following is in place.

Your PABX support company must see to the following:

PABX:

For SMDR/Call data/call details (RUBY and AMETHYST)
serial cable
or
TCP connect access and details(accessible from the network, IP and port number).
TSP software installed (this should already be on the RUBY server).
USB/ethernet cable for TAPI information.

Note: TAPI/CTI must be enabled on the PABX.
CLI required for call details(incoming telephone numbers).

RUBY server:

TSP must be configured with the ‘new’ extensions and call centre group numbers.
List of call centre agents and group they belong to, see attached listing required
(this needs to be re-configured in RUBY).

We will also require the following from yourself:

List of physical devices to record (extension numbers).
List of agent logins and extension (if Windows login changed).
Agent PC's and servers placed on the network.
IP of AMETHYST server.
IP of RUBY server.

Once this is in place we can check that both AMETHYST and RUBY is receiving SMDR/TAPI
info from the PABX, and communicates with the agent PC's.

We will need access to onsite:
IT to give access where needed (ports, firewall, etc.).
